Position Summary

Kibble Equipments Total Experience Ag Internship program is designed to provide students with opportunities that bridge the gap between the classroom and real-world experience. During your internship, you will gain hands-on, professional experience designed to fit your career objectives, while enhancing your skills and understanding. Candidates must have an interest in a full-time career with Kibble Equipment.

Job Responsibilities

- Individuals will rotate between each department to gain a complete understanding of day-to-day activities and responsibilities within our organization.

- Provide vital support to dealerships pertaining to value added sales opportunities

- Assist with internal/external meetings, training, customer clinics and other scheduled events.

- Report progress of internship weekly to supervisor and mentor.

- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Must be a self-starter that independently maintains a high level of motivation with minimal supervision.

- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.

- Proficient computer skills, ability to use standard desktop applications including Microsoft Office.

- Must be a current student pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university with an emphasis on Business, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Precision Ag Technology.

- Must be available to complete the entire summer internship.

- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, flexible to work in different departments throughout the summer.

- Must be able to commit to work 40+ hours during the summer months.

- Overnight travel required.

- Follow all safety rules and guidelines while performing work assignments.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
