Junk Removal/Demolition Specialist

Job Summary

As a Junk Removal / Demolition Technician, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently removing debris such as furniture, appliances, trash and other items as well as performing light interior and exterior demolition services from residential and commercial properties. This role requires a combination of physical work, driving, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

- Performing junk removal and property cleanout jobs which will include lifting and loading light to heavy items on a daily basis.

- Performing light demolition duties that include such jobs as shed, hot tub and other exterior demolition as well as interior demolition.

- Safely drive a Non CDL box or dump truck.

- Safely handle and operate hand and power tools.

- Work efficiently and cohesively as a team member within a crew.

- Work both indoors and outdoors in various environments.

- Interact and communicate with customers in a courteous, friendly manner.

Qualifications

-Candidates must meet all qualifications listed below.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks related to various jobs.

- Prior experience with labor and demolition work.

- Proficiency in driving box or Non CDL dump trucks.

- Valid Drivers License a must.

- Ability to adapt to different job situations.

Punctual, responsible and presentable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
