Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Earthwork and Demolition Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with excavation, site preparation, and demolition work while maintaining safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate is reliable, respectful, and ready to take on a variety of hands-on tasks.
Duties
•
Assist with earthmoving operations, including grading, trenching, and excavation.
•
Support demolition activities by safely handling debris removal and site cleanup.
•
Operate and maintain basic hand tools and power tools used in earthwork and demolition.
•
Load and unload construction materials while ensuring proper handling.
•
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
•
Perform general labor tasks such as clearing sites, compacting soil, and assisting with material transport.
Requirements
•
Previous experience in earthwork, demolition, or general construction is preferred.
•
Valid driver’s license required.
•
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various weather conditions.
•
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy equipment operations is a plus.
•
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
•
Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn new techniques.
