Demolition/ Clean Up Laborer ( Crew Leader)

ON-CALL POSITION

MUST BE ABLE TO GO ON BI WEEKLY PAYROLL

I am looking for crew leader that can perform demolition and clean up work. This person must have a cell phone and be able to download and use a company app to communicate with me or the foreman and upload photos and descriptions of work performed of you and the crew throughout the day, along with working side by side with demo crew members to complete demolition and cleaning up trash to load into a trailer. Must have demo experience and good communication skills to communicate with crew members, managers and general contractors on site. No Tools required. Must have boots and pants to work. Pay starting at $21 an hour.

MUST BE ABLE TO WHEEL A WHEELBARROW UP A RAMP FULL ON CONCRETE, TILE, STUCCO OR OTHER CONSTRUCTION DEBRI OR PICK UP AND CARRY A TRASH BIN FULL OF TRASH TO THE TRAILER

THIS POSITION IS ON-CALL TO START BUT COULD LEAD TO FULL OR PART TIME.

IF YOU ARE NOT A RIGHT FIT FOR THE COMPANY YOU WILL BE SENT HOME AT LUNCH BREAK.

WATER AND PPE IS PROVIDED

I HAVE WORK STARTING MONDAY 5-12 IN LA QUINTA AND PALM DESERT
