Demolition Technician

Our Team of Demolition Technicians are responsible for demolition using power and hand tools within structures that have been affected by water/ fire/mold/bio-hazards. This team is also responsible for demolition and clean up of debris.

We are looking for honest, hard-working, customer service - focused Demolition Technicians to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Follow all Restoration Guidelines, Servpro Best Practices, Contract Agreements, National account programs and Safety Rules and Regulations.

- Appropriately plan for work by keeping company vehicles stocked with supplies.

- Assist in packing and unpacking of clients contents with care and precision.

- Document and photograph items for inventory purposes.

- Transport items to and from storage facilities.

- Clean and restore contents as needed.

Job Requirements:

-This is a full-time position. Must be reliable and able to work nights and weekends while on-call.

- Must be flexible and able to work on call rotation for new emergency calls and work longer hours during busy seasons

-Must be professional, neat, clean in appearance with a good demeanor

-Have a positive attitude and be a team player.

-Must have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.

-Must be willing to undergo background check

-Excellent communication skills

-Be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds

-Experience in restoration and construction

- I.I.C.R.C. Certification is not required but, is a plus

Our Team of Contents and Materials specialists are responsible for inventory, labeling, packing, moving, storing, and cleaning content within structures that have been affected by water/fire/mold/bio-hazards. This team is also responsible for structure cleaning on similar losses.

We are looking for honest, hard-working, customer service - focused Contents/Moving Specialists to join our team.

This job requires walking, standing, bending, lifting, and manipulating large/heave items with care.

-Applicants should be comfortable: lifting 50+ lbs on a regular basis,

-Working at heights and/or on ladders

-Working in confined spaces

-Working in all weather conditions - indoors and outdoors.

-Working in harsh indoor conditions - hoarder, bio-hazard, fire/smoke damaged etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
