JP Labourers - Spring Outage

Position Summary:

Tacten is seeking Rope Access JP Labourers to join our team for both day and night shifts for our Spring Outage in the Fort McMurray area. This isn't just a job, it's an opportunity to grow your skills, expand your expertise, and make a real impact in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Position Information:

- Spring Outage

- Outage duration: April 10th, 2026 - May 15th, 2026

- 6/1 rotation, 12-hour shifts

- Day and night shifts available

- Fly-in-fly-out from all major hubs in Canada

- Camp provided

Requirements:

- IRATA Level 1 Certification required, or willingness to obtain

- Skilled Labourer Ticket is an asset

- CSO or BSO required

- ESC Confined Space Monitor and Entry required

- ESC Fall Protection an asset

- Strong work ethic

- Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients and co-workers

- Exceptional safety and quality awareness

- Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively

- Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
