Jay's Metal is seeking two strong product and customer service oriented Sales Specialists to join our quickly growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to establish themselves long term at company with opportunity for advancement, and to gain new skills and experiences.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years customer service experience

Courteous, polite, flexible communication skills

Warm and welcoming personality

People-person, loves to work with others

Effective interpersonal skills, easy to work with

Presentable, well groomed in appearance and hygiene

Organized, able to follow procedures diligently

High attention to detail

Attentive listening and discovery skills

Investigative attitude towards customer inquiries

Exceptional e-mail and phone etiquette

Clear, supportive, helpful telephone communication

Computer aptitude, knowledge of Microsoft Office

Ability to predict client needs

Strong problem solving skills

Duties

Answer for incoming sales calls, emails, and texts

Manage e-mail accounts, label and organize shared mailbox

Greet, work with, and support all walk-in clients

Provide a warm, attentive presence for clients

Complete and present quotes to clients

Solve problems effectively, in a timely manner

Track and document leads

Meet and exceed sales targets

Communicate effectively with team members

Ensuring customer communication is addressed

Follow procedures and ongoing training

Behave courteously and professionally at all times

Use computer platforms as directed

Express information accurately and concisely

Become a product specialist, build product knowledge

Pro-active investigation of customer needs

Digitize and archive paperwork

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
