Job Description: The Janitorial Supervisor is a working supervisor who provides supervision, on-the-job-training, and support to workers with disabilities via person-centered employment programs, as well as completing janitorial tasks along with the crew. Supervise a crew of 3-6 adults with a variety of abilities and disabilities as they provide commercial custodial services in the Coeur d’Alene area.

Essential Job Duties:
•Assist janitorial crew on meeting the exact specifications of the customer and the contract.
•Consistently monitor the quality of work being performed.
•Maintain inventory of supplies for all contracts.
•Provide manager and/or customer with supply requests as needed.
•Assign daily job duties to the crew members.
•Ensure all policies, procedures and core values are adhered to on the job.
•Maintain records as to staff payroll, training data, etc.
•Ensure that monthly training is provided to crew members including safety drills.
•Maintain strong working rapport with team members including any support or training that a staff member may need to ensure they are doing their job correctly.
•Transport staff to/from work site, as needed.
Job Requirements:
•High school diploma or its equivalent.
•One-year supervisory experience preferred.
•Strong customer service skills required.
•Experience working with people with disabilities preferred.
•Must have basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Programs to complete payroll and reports.
•Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and good driving record.
•Must pass criminal background check with fingerprinting, employment references, and pre-hire drug screen.
•Attend all scheduled meetings and trainings.
•Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
•Must be able to stand on concrete floors for long periods of time.
•Must be able to pass motor vehicle check to drive Tesh vehicles.
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Wage: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Hours are Monday–Friday from 2:00 pm until job(s) are completed.
Benefits:
•Employees working an average of 25 hours/week for three consecutive months will be eligible for pro-rated health care benefits including medical, dental, and vision.
•Paid holiday, sick, and vacation are also pro-rated.
•If working 36 hours/week or more, eligible for full benefits.
