Local commercial service provider is looking for a motivated and engaging leader to serve as a Senior Janitorial Manager in the Fredericksburg area.

In this role as the Senior Area Manager, you would oversee Janitorial Cleaning Services for an average of 25 sites. Most of our janitorial work is completed in the evening after the client has left for the day.
Your core responsibility would be to oversee the team of supervisors and cleaners who fulfill the high service standards. This would require proactive hiring, engagement, and development of your team. At times this would include pulling up your sleeves and working alongside in order to teach, train and provide extra coverage.
A day in the life of a Senior Area Manager starts or ends at the home office in Fredericksburg. There you would be able to connect with your peers and fulfill administrative obligations. You would serve as the primary contact for clients to resolve their service needs and special requests.
Senior Managers are provided a vehicle allowance, laptop, cell phone, and office space at the Fredericksburg Home office. This position is a full-time salaried position offering paid holidays; accrued paid time off; and performance bonuses.
