In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the coordination of cross-functional strategic IT projects, including developing technology modernization roadmaps and portfolio execution efforts in concert with valued business partners to drive operational efficiencies and new business value. This person will oversee a large budget and scope and will coordinate with variety of teams to ensure successful and on-time delivery within the stated budgets. The Leader promotes and encourages collaboration and transparency and builds trusting relationships between business, delivery, and other entities within the organization. The successful candidate will be extremely organized, adept at all forms of communication, and a creative problem solver who leads using influence and excellent interpersonal skills. They will bring several years of large-scale system implementation experience and be well versed in managing technical risks.
This position guides teams and manages vendors in the execution of agile initiatives and partners with business executives and enterprise technology teams to drive effective solution delivery. The ideal candidate shall have advanced program management skills and enjoy leading teams focused on driving operational transformation. Proven delivery experience working with System Integrators (SI) and future technology thought leadership are key to success in the role.
This position establishes strategy, develops business plans, and oversees and manages the design, development and implementation of technology solutions to meet business needs. Leaders in this role provide leadership and oversight to manage performance and results in one or more Information Technology (IT) disciplines. Individuals will be accountable for the reliability, performance, security, and continuity of IT systems and supported business processes.
