About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our IT infrastructure and support operations across our company of approximately 125 employees. The ideal candidate will possess a well-rounded technical background, strong leadership capabilities, and the interpersonal skills to support a diverse user base with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
•Configure and maintain local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN)
•Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
•Implement basic firewall and VPN configurations
•Systems & Database Support:
•Administer and maintain SQL databases
•Develop and maintain Crystal Reports
•Perform data integrity checks and manage user access
•Hardware & Software Support:
•Install, configure, and support desktop/laptop hardware, printers, and mobile devices
•Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and peripheral issues efficiently
•Manage software updates, licenses, and vendor relationships
•User Support & Helpdesk:
•Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for end-users
•Maintain ticketing system and ensure timely resolution of issues
•Train employees on basic IT procedures and tools
•IT Planning & Organization:
•Maintain documentation of IT systems and network topology
•Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency
•Assist with IT budgeting and project planning
•Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and data security policies
Qualifications
•Proven experience in an IT support or management role (3+ years preferred)
- Network troubleshooting and configuration (switches, firewalls, VPN)
- Microsoft SQL Server and writing basic queries
- Crystal Reports development and maintenance
•Strong understanding of PC hardware, Windows operating systems, and mobile platforms
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
•Professional demeanor and courteous approach to employee support
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
Preferred Certifications (Not Required)
•CompTIA Network+ or Security+
•Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
