Role Overview – ITO Architect

The ITO Architect is a client-facing technical leader responsible for designing, delivering, and governing scalable, secure, and compliant IT architectures for EAG’s IT Outsourcing clients. This role blends hands-on architecture, strategic advisory, and operational execution to ensure technology solutions align with business outcomes, regulatory requirements, and EAG delivery standards. The Architect serves as a trusted advisor to clients, mentors internal teams, and contributes to EAG’s growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

- Collaborate with clients to translate business and technical requirements into scalable IT architectures.

- Support SMB clients across small and large initiatives, including help desk services.

- Develop architecture plans, roadmaps, and budgets tailored to varying client needs.

- Ensure infrastructure, compliance, cybersecurity, and resilience requirements are met.

- Simplify and optimize systems using modern design patterns and best practices.

- Evaluate and recommend third-party vendors and technologies.

Delivery & Execution

- Execute assigned projects and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.

- Drive adoption of architectural standards, tools, and technologies.

- Document architectural decisions, standards, and processes.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement effective technology solutions.

Financial & Commercial Accountability

- Ensure transparency into technology costs and their strategic value.
