International Order Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

. Manage import and export operations in compliance with customs and international trade regulations.

. Deliver outstanding customer service for all inquiries related to international shipments.

. Coordinate and track orders, shipments, and deliveries in collaboration with logistics partners and carriers.

. Utilize ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Syspro) to update logistics data and monitor shipments.

. Communicate with customers, suppliers, and logistics contacts in multiple languages for seamless coordination.

. Work cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, logistics, warehouse) to support a smooth customer journey.

. Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer service and transportation management efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

. Proven experience in customer service within an international trade or logistics context.

. Understanding of global shipping processes, customs compliance, and transport documentation.

. Proficiency with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Syspro, or similar platforms.

. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

. Fluency in three languages is strongly preferred. If the third language is Spanish or Mandarin, it will be considered a significant asset.

. Tech-savvy, quick to learn new tools, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

. Customer-focused, collaborative, and proactive mindset.
