We are seeking a self motivated, detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems
- Assist with office management duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Utilize computer literacy skills to handle emails, create spreadsheets, and update databases
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- In town pick up and delivery of goods, and accounts receivable
- Support order entry processes and maintain inventory records
- Coordinate office projects to ensure timely completion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of project coordination principles is a plus
