Purchasing Coordinator
Responsibilities and Duties (include, but are not limited to:)
•Quoting, preparing, processing, and tracking of purchase orders;
•Scheduling and tracking both internal and external material deliveries;
•Updating management and project staff on the status of orders;
•Maintaining records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts, and payments, and providing cost allocation as necessary;
•Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
Required: High School diploma/GED and two years of professional experience.
Physical Requirements
•Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions;
•Must be able to listen and speak clearly;
•Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
