The successful candidate will lead project teams in delivering Versabar’s core services to our customers in the oil & gas, maritime, civil construction, and aerospace industries.
- Lead integrated project teams through all project phases, including design, fabrication, testing, mobilization, execution, and demobilization
- Develop commercial proposals, schedules, and project basis of design documents
- Track project progress, costs, and commercial compliance, and provide regular reporting
- Lead and participate in project meetings
- Coordinate internal and external document transmittals through document control
- Monitor and support offsite crews executing assigned project work
- Prepare, submit, and obtain approval for invoices and variation order requests
- Coordinate with other managers to align and prioritize shared company resources
- Participate in lessons learned, continuous improvement, and business development activities
- Reinforce and support Versabar’s quality and safety management systems throughout project execution
- 4-year college degree
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn
- Ability to travel to offshore oil platforms for site visits
