Our next Installation Superintendent expert will play a vital role in driving growth and expanding the customer base for our company. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Installation Superintendent to join our team for supervising and help installing electrical signage, EV chargers and other minor electric work. Key Responsibilities:

· Install, maintain and repair electrical signage, EV chargers, and other minor electric work.

· Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of Installation projects from start to finish.

· Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

· Oversee the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure that work is performed in accordance with specifications and schedules.

· Maintain a safe and organized work site, ensuring that all workers are following appropriate safety protocols.

· Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and that projects are completed in compliance with local regulations.

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams

- Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs

- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, preferred.

· Extensive experience in installation or construction management.

· Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

· Proficiency with project management software, preferred.

· Strong leadership, organizational and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

· Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.

· Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

· 5+ years of experience in construction and project management

· Knowledge of industry standards and regulations

· Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

· Excellent attention to detail

· Must possess a valid driver's license
