Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Support Representative will play a key role in assisting our Building Sales Specialists by managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales process from first contact to close. This is not a cold-calling role but a fast-paced, detail-driven support position designed to improve customer experience and increase sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
•Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web forms
•Qualify leads and gather essential project information
•Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the sales team
•Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
•Prepare and send quotes or support documents as directed
•Support sales staff with administrative tasks as needed
•Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication

•Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
•Strong attention to detail and follow-through
•Customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
•Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
•Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision
•Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools ( or similar is a plus)
•High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
•Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or construction-related fields a plus
