We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for customer service.
· Development and maintenance of selected domestic accounts.
· Backup of other domestic and international sales representatives.
· Customer relationship management, quoting, pricing, and follow-up, along with business development for new and existing accounts.
· A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales. Additionally, a BS in Engineering and experience in manufacturing, a plus.
· Strong mechanical aptitude required to be able to work with engineering & manufacturing personnel to evaluate and prepare solutions to meet customers’ requirements.
· Ability to prioritize workload on a daily and weekly basis.
· Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both oral and written.
· Candidate must be able to thrive in a team environment and be able to function across multiple departments and disciplines.
· Candidate must be able to organize and present a comprehensive and detailed analysis/plan on how to maximize profitability and grow the assigned territory.
· Demonstrated experience in evaluating opportunities, accounts, and developing new business.
· Ability to work with our customers to identify new opportunities and extend product offering.
· Must have extensive experience with MS Office and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems. (Experience with Epicor a plus)
