As we continue to grow and expand our footprint, we are looking for a motivated and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team to focus on expanding business with current customer and acquiring new customers. Position Overview

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new residential accounts through structured inbound and outbound efforts. You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to close — using a consistent sales process and CRM tools. This is a consultative role focused on driving growth in propane service, power generation, and recurring service programs.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound inquiries and respond to web leads, phone calls, and referrals.

· Conduct outbound sales calls to generate interest and qualify new residential leads.

· Promote propane services (tank sets, swaps, appliance fuel conversions) and generator solutions.

· Educate prospects on service benefits and safety.

· Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce).

· Provide accurate quotes and assist customers through the application and onboarding process.

· Collaborate with field operations, credit, and scheduling teams to ensure seamless service activation.

· Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion goals.

· Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
