The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves developing sales strategies and working closely with other departments to enhance sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and processes to drive sales growth and achieve monthly/daily goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensuring you maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights into market trends.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales
