We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Commercial Waste Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and converting incoming leads into sales opportunities. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs while delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead Management: Respond to and qualify incoming leads via phone, email, and web inquiries promptly and professionally.
•Sales Process Execution: Identify customer needs, present appropriate solutions, and guide leads through the sales process to close deals.
•Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their specific requirements and providing tailored recommendations.
•Quoting and Contracting: Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales efficiently.
•CRM Utilization: Maintain detailed records of all lead interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in the company’s CRM system.
•Collaboration: Work closely with the Pricing & Implementation team to ensure smooth service setup for new clients.
•Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis.
•Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new service offerings to effectively address client needs.
Qualifications:
•Experience: Experience in Inside sales. Experience in the waste & recycling industry or a related field is a plus.
•Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
•Sales Acumen: Proven ability to convert leads into sales and meet revenue targets.
•Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
•Organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
•Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
•Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with team members across departments.

Compensation: $17-$19/Hour (based on experience) / + Commission
