Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a hard working, reliable and motivated individual to join our team. Our shop is located at 1604 Michael Street and our hours of operation are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. We are a growing company and want the right people to join our hardworking team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Greet customers over the phone and in person.

- Write down customer orders and send work order to production.

- Sort and file physical and electronic paperwork.

- Count inventory as required.

- Maintain safe work practices.

- Help customers pay for their orders over the phone and in person.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- Intermediate level of Math (angles,fractions, etc.)

- Knowledge of standard safety practices.

- Able to work in a fast paced environment.

- Knowledge of Quickbooks Online.

- Good customer service.

- Fast learner.

-Being bilingual is a great asset.
