Kronbergs Flags and Flagpoles is a leading supplier of high-quality, American-made flags, flagpoles, and custom flags serving homes, businesses, government organizations, and institutions. With over 70 years of experience, we are proud to be one of the largest flag and flagpole suppliers in Texas.
We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Sales team. This role is responsible for handling inbound leads, supporting customer inquiries, and driving sales through exceptional service and follow-up. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be committed to providing outstanding customer experience while contributing to business growth.
- Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and web in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and orders.
- Provide detailed product information and guide customers through the sales process.
- Convert quotes to sales with a collaborative, consultative approach.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in our CRM/ERP system.
- Support post-sale activities including invoicing, collections, and account maintenance.
- Uphold Kronbergs values by delivering a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support.- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus).
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
