Inside Sales Representative – Home Run Financing Location: Remote (U.S.)
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer (David Kelly)
Home Run Financing is a leader in Residential PACE financing, helping homeowners and contractors complete energy-efficient improvements with speed and confidence. We’re hiring a motivated Inside Sales Representative who will report directly to the CRO and play a critical role in expanding our reach and supporting our contractor network.
- Engage contractors and homeowners via phone, email, and virtual meetings to drive new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong contractor relationships; guide them through application and funding.
- Provide accurate, timely information on programs, products, and guidelines.
- Track activity, pipeline, and results in CRM for visibility and accountability.
- Support the sales team with follow-ups, scheduling, and project coordination.
- Consistently hit or exceed sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Self-starter: Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating with ownership.
- Organized & detail-oriented: Able to manage multiple priorities and keep a clean pipeline.
- Excellent communicator: Clear, confident, persuasive on the phone and in writing.
- Sales mindset: Goal-driven, skilled at discovery, handling objections, and closing.
- Team player: Independent operator who collaborates well across teams.
- Nice to have: PACE financing experience or background in financial services/home improvement.
