Position Summary:

- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join a new and growing sales team for technological solutions.

- This role involves selling our hardware and software solutions to both new and existing customers.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.


Responsibilities:

- Identify Sales Opportunities: Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold-calling, email campaigns, and networking.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

- Product Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our hardware and software products to potential customers.

- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the sales management team.

- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help shape product development.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities. Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.


Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of hardware and software solutions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills


Preferred Skills:

- Experience with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions

- Knowledge of cloud computing and infrastructure technologies


Working Conditions:

This position may require occasional travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.


Required Experience:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the hardware or software industry
