This role supports the Sales team by providing technical and commercial expertise to support management, outside sales engineers, and internal/external customers. You’ll be responsible for driving sales through customer relationship building, quoting, and project management that directly impacts customer satisfaction and company growth.
You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Support management, outside sales, and customers by delivering technical and commercial solutions.
- Act as a technical resource for field sales, customers, and quotation/project management of power distribution, power protection, and power equipment maintenance.
- Review and interpret customer needs to develop competitive quotes and accurate bills of material.
- Provide timely resolutions to customer issues by utilizing or developing internal resources.
- Manage small to medium-sized projects as needed.
- Establish and maintain strong commercial relationships with current and potential customers.
- Leverage selling skills and product knowledge to support sales growth and market position.
You’re someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the electrical industry
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience- Ability to read electrical one-line diagrams
- Valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing sales-related projects and lead generation
- Prior experience leading or coordinating with remote team members

Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year plus discretionary incentive opportunities
