Position Overview: We’re looking for an energetic and dependable Inside Sales Representative to join our front-line team. You’ll be the first face our customers see at the counter and a key player in their success. From processing orders and building estimates to calling, texting, and emailing clients — you’ll play a vital role in growing accounts and delivering a world-class customer experience. What You’ll Do: • Greet customers at the sales counter and assist with orders, questions, and recommendations • Enter customer orders accurately into our system • Prepare and send estimates for requested materials • Proactively reach out via phone, text, and email to generate leads and grow long-term relationships • Understand and communicate product offerings, inventory levels, and lead times • Collaborate with drivers, production, and outside sales to ensure seamless service • Support occasional Saturday and evening needs as customer demands arise What We’re Looking For: • A positive, customer-first attitude and strong communication skills • Comfortable using sales software, email, and text for follow-ups and order processing • Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy • Proven ability to build rapport and close sales • Experience in construction, roofing supply, or distribution a plus — but not required • Reliable and ready to show up early and win the day Why Join Maverick: • Be part of a purpose-driven team where “The Best is the Standard” • Grow with a company that invests in relationships — internally and externally • Competitive pay and opportunity for long-term advancement
