Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, supporting customers throughout the order process, and working cross-functionally with shipping, accounting, and engineering to ensure a smooth customer experience. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a drive to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers via phone and email, call on potential customers and follow up on leads

- Understand customer needs and match them with appropriate products and services

- Provide quotes, technical information, and additional documentation to customers as needed

- Upsell complementary products and services to existing customers

- Coordinate with engineering to provide solutions for complex or technical customer requirements

- Monitor the status of sales orders and ensure timely follow-up

- Close orders and achieve monthly and annual sales targets

- Provide support to internal and external customers on evenings and weekends as needed

- Assist shipping and accounting departments with documentation and customer communications

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and orders in CRM
