Position Specific Description

FPL Home is hiring Inside Sales Agents, we are looking for motivated, self-starter candidates that is eager to make

money and expand their career in our company. This is an inbound sales position in a fast-paced call center

environment where you will provide exceptional customer experience and sharpen your negotiation skills to drive

sales.

Compensation:

Our pay structure is base pay + sales commission totaling an average of $73k. We also offer additional monthly

and yearly compensation incentives for good performance.

Training:

We provide a comprehensive 6-week training to strengthen your product knowledge and negotiation skills

Work Schedule:

Once training is complete, you will be provided a schedule that falls within our hours of operation: Monday –

Friday from 8am – 7pm and Saturdays from 9am – 5pm.

Job Overview

This job is responsible for selling products and services such as home security, satellite, cable, local/long distance phone service, internet, and warranty products to Business and Residential customers. Employees in this role are responsible for selling in an inbound sales call environment.
