Compensation

Total compensation will include a competitive base salary in the 40K-60K range based on industry experience, along with uncapped commissions based on sales performance and margin contribution. Talented and experienced reps can earn well above the base range, especially if they bring strong customer relationships or product knowledge. We reward hustle, teamwork, and results.
