We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients through SAP portals, email and phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the sales processes.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Enter sales orders and work with purchasing and shipping department to ensure on time delivery.
Utilize software tools to track interactions, update Purchase orders and communicate with customers.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Experience in inside sales/customer service.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in using software tools such as SAP to maintain customer relationships is helpful but not required.
