Inside Sales Lead Location: Roanoke, VA
The Inside Sales Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the inside sales operations across multiple regions and market segments. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, developing strategic plans, and leading a high-performing inside sales team to meet corporate objectives. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in industrial equipment sales and cross-functional collaboration.
+ Develop and implement inside sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction goals. + Conduct market research to assess customer needs, identify new business opportunities, and monitor the competitive landscape. + Adjust sales strategies and offerings based on data-driven insights.
+ Lead, manage, and mentor the inside sales team. + Set individual and team performance goals, conduct evaluations, and provide training and development support.
+ Oversee daily inside sales functions including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. + Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of sales processes.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. + Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients; negotiate contracts and agreements.
+ Collaborate with marketing, product development, customer service, and international sales teams. + Align inside sales efforts with global strategies and share best practices across regions.
