This U.S.-based clean tech startup, innovating with sustainable sodium-ion batteries, is seeking a Customer Support Lead to manage investor communications for their crowdfunding efforts.
Your Mission:
•Investor Engagement: Proactively and reactively communicate with current and potential investors across multiple channels (email, SMS, phone, Zendesk, LiveChat). This includes answering questions, addressing objections, rebuilding trust, and guiding prospects through the investment process to drive funding success.
•Issue Resolution: Quickly and professionally resolve investor disputes.
•Feedback & Documentation: Collect investor feedback, document all interactions and insights, and provide daily/weekly updates to management.
•Continuous Improvement: Identify and propose ideas to improve communication workflows.
•Team Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align messaging and enhance the user experience.
•Fast-Paced Impact: Hit the ground running, take ownership, and make an immediate impact with provided training.
What We're Looking For:
•Customer Service & Sales Experience: Direct experience in multi-channel customer service, coupled with a strong background in sales outreach or lead engagement.
•Excellent English: Near-native written and spoken English.
•Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems, chat platforms, chatbots, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp).
•Proactive & Autonomous: A proactive mindset, self-motivated, organized, and capable of independent work, conflict management, and timely escalation.
•PST Availability: Able to work during Pacific Time hours.
