Our team produces world-class prefabricated electrical enclosures serving industries such as mining, oil and gas, utilities, and heavy industry.

We are currently seeking a Skilled Industrial Painter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, priming, and applying industrial coatings to metal enclosures and fabricated components.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prepare metal surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and masking as required

- Mix, match, and apply industrial primers, epoxy, and urethane coatings to steel and aluminum components

- Operate spray guns, and other painting equipment safely and efficiently.

- Inspect surfaces and finishes to ensure proper coverage, color match, and coating thickness

- Maintain paint equipment and work areas in clean and working condition.

- Follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE usage and ventilation standards.

- Work collaboratively with fabrication and assembly teams to meet project timelines

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience as an Industrial Painter in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment

Strong knowledge ofindustrial coating systems (epoxy, enamel, urethane, etc.)

Ability to mix paints accurately and apply consistent finishes

Understanding of surface prep techniques for steel and aluminum

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Reliable, punctual, and safety focused

Forklift experience or certification is an asset (training available on site)

Regular hours are Monday to Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (4x10-hour shifts), with potential for overtime based on project schedules.

Pay: $28.00-$36.00 per hour
