Safely perform rig and component preparation, painting, and detailing of rig and components under minimal supervision.
- Follow standard operating procedures when using primers, paint, and components, and corrosion preventive chemicals, and use protective equipment as required.
- Coordinate with supervision and inspection to ensure compliance with internal and paperwork, sign-offs, and quality inspection.
- Follow high standards of paint quality through instruction and by setting a good example for others to follow.
- Follow standard operating procedures when using tools and equipment such as dual-action sanders and paint sprayers (when applicable).
- Properly care for and maintain shop equipment and tools.
- Resolve paint problems (supplier or internal) and/or report to the supervisor for assistance.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager.
- Demonstrate respect and commitment to the IMS System (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018), taking accountability for its effectiveness and continued improvements.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment (minimum)

Employee must be fit tested and able to use a respirator in the workplace. Annual evaluations will be performed as a follow-up.
