HVAC Service Technician

Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC/R systems and demonstrate proficiency in maintaining, repairing, and installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Duties

- Maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings.

- Troubleshoot issues using tools to diagnose electrical problems.

- Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and safety.

- Weld and plumb as necessary for system installations or repairs.

- Collaborate with other service technicians to complete complex projects.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

- Drive company van to job sites while adhering to safety regulations.

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC/R systems.

- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools.

- Experience as a service technician with a focus on HVAC systems.

- Ability to braze effectively for various tasks.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Must be CFC certified

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $45.00 per hour
