to join our growing team. This role combines technical expertise with strong sales ability, helping homeowners make informed decisions about their HVAC systems.

- Recommend and sell system upgrades, replacements, and maintenance plans.
- Provide clear, honest communication with homeowners about system performance and options.
- Collaborate with dispatch and sales teams to ensure efficient scheduling and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate service and sales documentation.
- Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to upsell or close service-related sales.
- EPA Certification required; NATE Certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a reasonably clean driving record.
