What You’ll Do

At Anthony PHCE, we believe in training, professionalism, and doing things right. As an Install Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced installers, learning the HVAC trade while building a foundation for a long-term career. You’ll receive hands-on training, support from your team, and the opportunity to grow into a skilled technician.

- Assist in the installation of furnaces, air conditioners, and related equipment

- Support repairs and adjustments as directed by senior installers

- Ensure work areas in customer homes are clean and orderly after every job

- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

- Learn technical skills through both in-field experience and structured training

- Represent Anthony with professionalism and respect on every job

What You Bring to the Team

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Strong work ethic and commitment to reliability

- Willingness to learn and follow established processes

- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs and meet the physical demands of the role

- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
