The Human Resources Manager (HRM) provides comprehensive Human Resources (HR) expertise to MPC’s Transport and Rail (T&R) operations in areas such as employee/labor relations, staffing, compensation, and benefits. The HRM also participates in business planning and strategy development for T&R. This role provides management over the team and leadership support to the T&R Human Resources Director to move overall HR initiatives for T&R operations.
