Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team at TK Modular Systems Inc. This role is vital in leading our HR function and contributing to a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will drive all recruiting and manage HR systems, policies and processes.

Responsibilities

•

Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.

•

Implement new performance management system

•

Manage the recruitment process including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

•

Manage compensation and benefit programs

•

Utilize HRIS system for maintaining employee records and generating reports.

•

Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

•

Coordinate training programs and performance management processes to enhance employee development.

•

Assist with office administration activities as required

Requirements

•

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.

•

Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in a manufacturing or technical environment.

•

Strong knowledge of HRIS systems; experience with BambooHR highly desirable.

•

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

•

Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
