Innovex is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized

HRIS Analyst

to join our team in Humble, Texas. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data within our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The HRIS Analyst will play a key role in maintaining employee records, supporting HR reporting needs, and assisting with system-related processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with a high degree of confidentiality.

What You’ll Do:

- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, including new hires, terminations, job changes, compensation updates, and other data changes.

- Verify the accuracy of incoming data prior to entry to ensure ongoing data integrity.

- Perform routine audits and reconciliations to maintain consistency across systems.

- Provide support to the HR team with basic reports and data extractions from the system, as needed.

- Partner with HR team members to troubleshoot data-related issues to ensure smooth HR operations.

- Support HR process improvements and assist with testing or configuration updates in the HRIS when needed.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in administrative or data entry roles, preferably in an HR environment.

- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is strongly preferred.

- Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.

- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
