In this role, youāll partner closely with managers, employees, and leadership to deliver high-quality HR services, foster a positive culture, and keep our organization compliant and competitive.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR inquiries.
- Support and enhance a positive, performance-based culture through engagement initiatives.
- Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, performance management, training, and safety.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, manage postings, and lead full-cycle recruitment.
- Maintain accurate employee records, position descriptions, and policy documentation.
- Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and staffing change documentation.
- Conduct compliance audits and prepare required reports (I-9, EEO-1, payroll audits, etc.).
- Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Bachelorās degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5ā10 years of progressive HR experience (preferably in nuclear, energy, or other highly regulated industries).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Solid understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DOE/NRC Q-Clearance (or active clearance preferred).
- HR certifications (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
