Essential Functions & Job Responsibilities:
•Assists with employment, personnel records, employee relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, payroll, organizational development and training.
•Facilitate activities related to recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, coordinating interviews, requests for background checks, drug screens and/or results and attend recruitment/job fairs as needed.
•Conducts new hire and onboarding processes, including preparation and presentation of an offer letter, review of company policies and benefit plans and collection and processing of new hire paperwork.
•Responds to general inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, timecards, etc. from employees and leadership at various levels of the organization.
•Assures compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local laws as well as regulations from other applicable agencies.
•Performs general clerical duties to include filing, copying, maintaining, tracking, mailing and ordering Human Resources materials, etc.
•Performs other related duties as required and provide assistance to others as needed.
•Maintains visibility on the warehouse floor to foster positive relationships with non-supervisory staff.

•General understanding of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEOC, COBRA and other state and federal regulations
•Exceptional customer service skills
•Excellent computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems and Canva
