Position Summary:
LEMOINE, a Great Place to Work®-Certified company, is looking for a HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will provide support across a variety of HR functions, with a primary focus on recruitment and onboarding. This role is ideal for HR professional who is passionate about helping organizations grow through effective people strategies. You will work closely with the HR Manager and cross-functional teams to support daily operations and contribute to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
•Support college relations through facilitation of career fairs and on-campus events
•Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes
•Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems
•Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
•Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
•Provide general administrative support to the HR department
•Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
•Prior HR experience preferred; Experience or strong interest in recruitment is highly preferred
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS or ATS is a plus
•Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
•HR certification is a plus!
