Role Summary
Reporting initially to our [fractional] Chief People Officer - This role will be responsible for the day-to-day execution & administration of tactical HR operations on-site in Eagle, ID; including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.This individual will play an integral role in fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting employee well-being, and driving organizational success through strategically designed HR practices - with a critical focus on ongoing process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
•Talent Acquisition - Guide company recruitment efforts by submitting and managing job requisitions, processing candidate applications ensuring timely communication and supporting hiring managers throughout the hiring process. recruitment process, including creating and posting job ads, scheduling interviews, & collaborating with hiring managers (or external talent partners if/as needed)
•Onboarding & Offboarding - Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes; managing employees through our HRIS, coordinating with internal partners and intuitively using our systems on/onboarding checklists to work smarter, not harder.
•Engagement & Belonging - Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, local & company-wide recognition, team-building & belonging activities/programs. Gather ongoing feedback from our employees organically and via an annual engagement survey strategy; enabling us to create the most effective and inclusive work environment.
•Employee Performance, Reward & Development - Support the administration of Premier's annual performance evaluation and reward cycles; to smoothly support employees and managers through the process. Identify training needs and partner with the broader team and relevant managers in the coordination of professional development
•Payroll & Benefits - Support and the management of our payroll process, and coordination of Benefit enrollments for employees in partnership with our designed Payroll & Benefits partners to ensure the effective administration of our programs
•Systems & Data - Maintain accurate, timely employee information & HRIS’ data integrity when updating employee profiles, employee change requests and general administration of HRIS activities (ie - transfers, reassignment, compensation, promotions, manager changes, etc)
•Policies & Compliance - Track our local compliance with all current local employment legislation, and ensure that all required company policies, procedures & compliance requirements) are up to date and in line with current local, national (state/federal); providing periodic updates & training for our people managers, wherever they need to be updated with changes to any policies
•Health & Safety - Oversee our health & safety processes, conducting period health checks to ensure compliance to necessary health & safety protocols.
Qualifications
•Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
•Strong knowledge of state & federal employment law and regulations.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in HRIS (ideally Rippling) and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field would be ideal

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
