Position Description
The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in shaping and scaling Oklo's people operations. This individual will be responsible for helping lead and execute HR strategies that align with our mission and culture while ensuring compliance with employment regulations. HR Generalist will support all aspects of human resources, including benefits, policies, employee relations, leave administration (including FMLA), and support the transition from a PEO to an HCM, bringing benefits in-house or an HRIS transition.
We are seeking someone with deep HR experience who can be both strategic and hands-on—someone entrepreneurial, relatable, fun, who genuinely cares, and gets things done. The ideal candidate will be located in the Bay Area, near Santa Clara, to support our headquarters and grow the team. However, we are open to remote candidates for the right fit.
