Waaree Solar Americas is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Business Partner to support its growing workforce and business operations. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The position requires expertise in HR best practices, exceptional communication skills across diverse teams.
- Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance on organizational strategies, workforce planning, and employee development.
- Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Assist with high volume recruiting
- Provide bilingual HR support in both English and Spanish to ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Support performance management processes by coaching managers, facilitating feedback, and promoting employee engagement.
- Drive change management initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee retention.
- Manage HR processes through UKG ERP system, including reporting, data integrity, and overall system optimization.
- Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning initiatives.
- Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement policies, programs, and practices that align with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HRBP or employee relations–focused role.- Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience resolving complex employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in UKG ERP system or similar HRIS/ERP platforms.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
