Overview:
We are looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to support our HR team during a major transformation project. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to core HR operations, lead system enhancements, and support digital HR initiatives. Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
•Design, implement, and maintain Human Capital Management (HCM) and third-party systems.
•Work with IT and vendors to test and troubleshoot system integrations.
•Ensure data integrity through regular audits and maintenance of digital HR tools.
•Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user training materials.
•Support change management efforts through clear communication of system updates and enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
•Proven experience managing and executing complex HR technology projects.
•Strong understanding of HR processes, including talent management, recruiting, compensation, benefits, and core HCM systems.
•Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
•Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
•SAP and SuccessFactors experience preferred.
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
