Job Summary

Administer and enhance the performance of HR technologies in support of HR objectives. Serve as a key technical point-of-contact within the HR team, to assist with ensuring data integrity, conducting system testing, report writing and analyzing data workflows to identify process improvement opportunities. Provide technical support for system upgrades, patches, testing and other HR technology projects. Utilize various tools to develop and deliver metrics and reports in response to customer and stakeholder requests.

+ Strong MS Office skills required. + Strong organizational, motivational, communication and problem-solving skills required. + Minimum five (5) years’ experience providing technical support for the implementation, development and maintenance of human resource related applications by gathering requirements, specifications writing, conducting analysis, documentation, training and coordinating with various internal and external customers. + Ability to address multiple activities simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet overlapping deadlines. + Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. + Experience supporting SuccessFactors HCM applications and creating/working with dashboards and analytics is preferred. Experience in data management and system configuration is essential. + Knowledge of relational databases and experience with SQL + Experienced with MS Power BI, Tableau and MS Access
